Our Commitment
We take quality seriously at every step, from sourcing at the Khewra Salt Mine to final packaging. Every shipment is prepared to meet the agreed specification. If something goes wrong on our end, we will work with you to make it right.
When Returns or Refunds Apply
We will consider a return, replacement, or refund in the following situations:
The goods delivered are materially different from what was confirmed on the proforma invoice or purchase agreement, for example the wrong product grade, wrong grain size, or significantly different colour range.
The shipment arrives with visible physical damage caused during transit, provided this is documented at the point of delivery and reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
A product is found to fail the quality specifications agreed in writing before the order was placed, supported by a third-party inspection report or lab test.
What Is Not Covered
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Natural variation in colour, grain size, or mineral content that falls within the normal range for Himalayan salt products.
Packaging preferences that were not agreed in writing before the order was confirmed.
Orders that have already cleared customs and been accepted by the buyer without written objection.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, port congestion, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.
Change of mind after an order has been produced or shipped.
How to Raise a Claim
If you believe you have grounds for a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Send an email to nasirceo@abihatrader.com with your order reference, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or documents. We will review your claim and respond within 10 working days.
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial or full replacement on a future shipment, a credit note applied to your next order, or a partial refund agreed in proportion to the affected goods. Full cash refunds are considered on a case by case basis once the facts of the claim are reviewed.
